This policy applies to paid enrollments with Plugin Pipeline Digital confirmed by invoice. Website pricing pages are informational and do not create a purchase on their own.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable lab kits beyond the sample preview.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@plugin-pipeline.digital within the eligibility window and no later than 7 days after the cohort start if you never attended a live session.
Full and partial refunds
Cancellations 14+ days before start: 100% of tuition. Cancellations 7–13 days before start: 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 days of start, or after attending any live session: no refund of tuition, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort when seats allow.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue fees for optional onsite days, completed Observatory Desk quarters already underway, and custom private datasets prepared for your team are non-refundable once work has begun.
Process
Email hello@plugin-pipeline.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days. Bank timelines may add additional days.
Cancellation by us
If Plugin Pipeline Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future date.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers outside the windows above, evaluated case by case under Korean consumer protection norms.
